Community Improvement Repairs Ongoing

Kaufman Country Fresh Water Supply District No. 1-C has contracted with LF Miller Construction to make repairs on our infrastructure throughout the District.
This work will include repair of pavement, sanitary sewer, sidewalks, water valves, and street signs, within District No. 1-C only.
These repairs are expected to occur between the following dates (excluding holdays and inclement weather):
September 8, 2025, to March 10, 2026
- Work hours are typically Monday through Friday 8am-6pm
- Two or three crews of about 3-5 people each and a backhoe (picture), dump truck, utility truck and pick-up truck.
- Some noise from equipment operating.
- Traffic control devices such as cones, barrels, and delineators.
Please use alternate routes if possible as some traffic delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
